Mission
Dr. McLaughlin has over 30 years experience as a retinal specialist. He began his retinal career training with Charles Schepens and the Retinal Associates at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of the Harvard Medical School.
His passion is serving others through mission work throughout the world. Dr. McLaughlin has been involved with missions globally for over 15 years.
Dr. McLaughlin has been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations, doing everything from behind the scenes as well as serving directly on many missions. These efforts have culminated in the development of software to aid in this effort.
Shae Reber has over 17 years’ experience in the Ophthalmic Telemedicine and Research Industry. Shae served as the Director of Telemedicine at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital for 10 years.
Throughout her career she has been an integral part of helping multiple startup companies to fruition. Her vision is to enhance patient engagement in variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, offices, medical screenings and missions by optimization of performance through integrated technology and telemedicine.
For Shae it’s all about making a difference.
